We got a notice yesterday in 17 that there was a 40 gallon spill of diesel in Billerica, MA that is going to cost $100k to clean up. Any truth to this ?

well from the pumps over to the fence is all dug up, there are 2 big roll off type dumpsters sitting there were the morning maine..trucks are parked with tarps over them. theres a back-hoe or front end loader sitting there. sure looks like the end result of a fuel spill. who did it how much fuel or the cost cant help you with.
