Anything can be put in a contract, maybe even an opt out clause to protect the rights of those that don't wish to be represented by the teamsters.

Great idea! Be sure to include a clause to relinquish all rights to anything gained by the Teamster's also.

That would be good then the company keeps putting in for pension for everyone, and those of us that opt in gets their share of pension also. Cool I'm all for that:D
