Lets see management start giving back a little too, like some pay cuts and lay offs on ther side of the fence. we are down to 85 guys at may barn and the same amount of supervisers are still there. With up coming merger i see about 30 to 35 teamsters out of a job just in this barn alone. I remember jimming said that no will be affected my this buy from yellow and merger, what a bunch of crap. Also because of this the IBT and our local unions should also take a hit. If the IBT says give back I expect the same from them. We have to many BA'S in our local's and to much management in the union office headquarters. And remember this, I just like you need our pension, some in management ( I'am talking about the union) gets more than one, is this fair. Did we get our COLA, did some get there's. I demand a pay cut from our local and higher management in the union also. I hear jimming only make $411.000 a year.:shock:
