Employees from transportation provider Averitt Express' Newton location recently landscaped and cleaned the grounds at Sipe's Orchard Home in Conover as part of Averitt Express' nationwide 40 to 40 Community Challenge program .
The program challenges Averitt facilities to donate 40 cumulative hours of service to their communities in honor of the company's 40th anniversary
