Have you ever had to tell a customer they are out of line?

Oh yea, its much better, being union helps too. Our Sysco isn't bad, we have a uniformed lumper service, they are pretty fast, Sysco sets high standards for them, they must meet their goals, or they go lump somewhere else I'm told.
