:poster_oops::shock: :holysheep: Heads are rooling in management this weekend I have been told that the T.M. got the ax on Friday and today I hear that on of our operation managers was given the boot so the new people are cleaning out the dead wood.

I heard 60 people from inside just got laid off

More like 30 people.

The 30 number is system wide. Most of the cuts were performance based.

At J2 most were time in job from the bottom. Look out though if you are middle management. That seems to be the concentration of all the cuts. Salaries are too high and in order to restructure the salaries they need to get rid of as much of these high salaries and bring in new people and offer them lower salaries in the future. Just my opinion.
