Hey CR.......good post. One of the things that is special about this board is that we can compare different working conditions and work rules at our terminals. Like how do you guys do this or that. I can find out how you guys in Chicago handle a problem and apply it to our dock, etc. Information is key.......and we make the best of it here :smilies-19296: Thanks, DS.
