No idea, but fingers crossed for you guys. Even if you win, fight's not over. We voted on Halloween 2014 and still haven't reached agreement on a 1st contract...Sysco stalls everything out and spends more on lawyers than what we're asking for

sabresfan unless I'm wrong the hearings are with the NLRB over Sysco's actions leading up to the elections. In Grand Rapids they barely lost (1 or 2 votes?) but Sysco stepped out of line threatening guys etc. in the weeks leading up to it...and I heard were even passing out gift cards to guys on the morning that they voted. Cant remember for certain but I think there may have been a question of voter eligibility too, office employees not part of the unit supposedly casting votes or something. Teamsters are (or were) asking that the results be tossed due to all of this and have a bargaining order put into place, if not that then at the very least a rerun election.
SpongeBob would have info on the crap they pulled before the Pennsylvania election, I'm guessing those hearings are over the same issue.
