Self-driving trucks are far far away. The self drived trucks won't solve a biggest problem in industry. There is a VERY BIG shortage of truckers. I think we will have our job for years. Still the rates may lower a bit
 
BTW what do you think about these automation solutions like Doft or Uber Freight?
Have anybody tried them?
I signed up with Doft - the service (tech support) was ok. Still I did not get a load from them. When I do I will write how it was.

It is not only about independence. It is about the comfort. No need to call brokers, no need to do all the paper stuff like get confirmation - print it - sign it - scan it - send it back... Just 1 click of a button
 
Doft Team began to work on the mining algorithm.

In the nearest future all Doft drivers will be able to mine Doftcoins! To make the wheel spin a driver will need to accept a freight from Doft and keep the app in “On Duty” mode.

That’s really great news for truck drivers who do their daily job. Truckers will be able to get some bonus DFC, which can be spent in Doft store as well.
