J.P.Delaney was the VP of Operations for Roadway Express probably back in the late eighties. He was known for the company videos he would make, usually with him ranting on about the Yellow Dog, which was Yellow Freight. Roadway eventually fired J.P., I believe because of an incident in a bar.

Those were bomb proof, great for stabbing under a stack too.

I have no idea what this was or would be used for.
It just showed up one day awhile back on a city trailer.

Unit should be red tagged and deadlined....tires does not pass the tread depth. Could possibly "jackknife" and cause serious injury to operator !
