From newsmax? :hilarious: I don't see anything being done about the E-mails so they may as well quit wasting money on it.

Somebody is always trying to make a name for themselves knocking down a Clinton.
They see it as the ticket to fame and wealth.

Remember the Republicans put on the Special Prosecutor Ken Starr on them for years.
I have to say Republicans will do anything to win, whatever it takes stonewall any legislation that would help the economy and jobs, just anything.
They are the lowest of lows.
When someone says the two parties are no different they just don't look.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that the Obama State Department recently found “thousands” of new records from Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. According to information provided to Judicial Watch by various Justice Department attorneys, the new documents appear be “working” records in electronic format located on both “shared” and “individual” drives accessible to or used by persons identified as being relevant to Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits on the Benghazi scandal and controversies from Clinton’s term at State. The State Department confirmed the new find in a court filing late this past Friday in a FOIA lawsuit concerning records about Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Like that pile of Republican legislation that is laying on Obama's desk that could/would help our economic stagnation? I wonder if he'll take the time over the next year to even look at those bills laying there. No chance, since he doesn't care about the economy or jobs.

Over 1,300 e-mails now that were classified and illegally sent. Plus some e-mails of Hillary instructing her people to take the "classified" heading off the documents, then sending them to her via a non-secured account.

    She's in trouble.

Really. Just the part in the news about the 1300 classified emails should have her in the penitentiary. Let alone all the stuff nobody knows about.

Judicial Watch is not a political party. They go after Republicans as well as any other party. Watchdogs like this help keep government honest. BUT this administration will not allow Hitlery to be prosecuted regardless of what she does. She could rob a bank & the sheeple will still bow down to her.

I think this time it will be different. If the FBI has evidence that justifies indictment and Loretta Lynch and the Justice Dept don't act on it Comey will go public with it, he won't stand for an Executive Branch/Justice Dept collusion of this magnitude. James Comey is as good a man as you could ask for to run the FBI.

What I heard it doesen't work that way your peeps were pulling your leg.
If it lands on the president's desk after passing through Congress he can veto it or sign it or ignore it in which case after ten days its as good as signed.
The other could be the pocket veto. http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/getting-the-presidents-signature-on-a-congressiona.html
    Wielding the veto
After Congress sends the president a final bill, he has 10 days to act on it in one of two ways:

    • Sign it into law. If he doesn't want to sign it but doesn't want to veto it, he can simply ignore it and it becomes law in ten days (excepting Sundays) while Congress is in session.
    • Veto it. The word "veto" literally means "I refuse" in Latin, and the president has the constitutional power to stop a piece of legislation in its tracks, even after it's been through the entire legislative process. It's the Constitution's ultimate executive check on legislation.

    • The president can veto a bill in two ways:
The return veto: The return veto mechanism is a straightforward provision in the Constitution. The president simply refuses to sign the legislation into law and sends it back to Congress with a message explaining why the legislation wasn't signed.

The pocket veto: In a pocket veto, the president neither vetoes a bill nor signs it — but if Congress adjourns during the 10-day period when the president has the bill, the bill doesn't become law. In other words, the president puts the bill in his pocket, waits out the Congress, and nothing happens.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So you see there cannot possibly be thousands of bills waiting on his desk because after 10 days of ignoring them they would become law.
Tell that to your crazy uncle the next time you meet for holiday dinner.

I have to agree. Unfortunately, they're laying on Harry Reid's desk in 2014. 1300 bills passed by the House, run out of time in the last Congress, because Harry Reid played Obama's good soldier and stopped them.

I hope that you're right on Comey. But we're going to see if he's also bought and paid for based his decision.

That's b.s., and I don't care what your source says. Obama has refused to even acknowledge the bills. Harry Reid put a halt to the entire process, and has even admitted to doing so. Harry never wanted a vote on them, so they were left laying in the stack. Harry was Obama's hatchet man. By Harry stopping the process, Obama never had to take the blame for them not getting passed to help the American people. And that's also why Obama has so few (4 or 5) vetoes. Because they never reach his desk.

He was a GW Bush Appointee. It'll be interesting to see if Obama follows his recommendation.
