Holland | Holland idea to get Driver's to apply ?

Mr Ware & Mr. Welch , do NOT raise wages to get people to apply !! just keep buying more trap trailers for the freight !!

We do it now all the time . . .This week, a guy was on the phone jumping up and down about his deliver. (I was standing right next to the Appt. Clerk when she took the phone call.)

So dispatch brought a driver back, while I dug through a trap trailer for his shipment. (A small generator). Loaded it onto the driver and he took off. The Driver calls the Customer 1/2 hour before delivery and the guy says: "I'm not home now. I don't really need it that bad. Bring it tomorrow." True Story.

What he doesn't know is that tomorrow might be in June sometime.

I hope they charged him relievery and storage... He earned it.

Do you at least have contract language that makes Holland go with a union company if Holland can't/won't cover ?

Well after everybody reads the CSPF letter dated 5/20/16 , that came in mail today that should put the nail in the coffin , on getting anybody to apply !!
