You want to be an owner operator without going into debt the rest of your life on a big truck.
You can even do it without a CDL,Hot Shot is the way to go,you just need a one ton dully fifth wheel pickup truck.
If you get a long box there are sleepers made for it.

When I worked the dock & drove P&D for Yellow, their trailer loads looked like the freight was blown in with big fans.
In other words it was a mess, very frustrating to deal with,I know they must of had a lot of damage claims.
I just found an ABF video, with the dock & what a difference in loading practices.
Well unless this was just for this video.

    Alrighty Ben, Give 'em Helle!

J&R Shugel is Reefer yet Werner & Knight have Reefers. Never heard of Britton, nor going to Abilene and saying H.O.W.
MANY have started at those 3 and ANY COMPANY has drivers with longevity. Those are the Drivers, when found, with whom to converse.
I attended a Truck Driver Training "School" in late '98.

Well Ben, I Hope Safe and Pleasant Journeys To Thee and Thy Loved Ones.
    CHEERS!!
