Terminal dependent I think. But at mine seems like long as no one is hurt and damage isn't major, no one really cares.

We got one jockey thats at like 8 or 9 mirrors in the six months he's been here. They're just now starting to come down on him.

Most your companies are going to let little stuff slide as long as your a good worker and reliable, ect ect. Of course, if it keeps happening, then issues might arise.

The culture at estes is every trailer touches the trailer next to it even if theres ten football fields of room so there scraped up already and the chance you will have access to the crank handle is rare after awhile it gets aggravating

Depends on the terminal and how busy they are. Always report damage though, no matter how minor it is

We have a guy who constantly tears :: up left and right dropping trailers, rubbing trailers on one another bumpers dolly's endless trashing equipment. Why oh yeah driver shortage .
