I'm not surprised. You hear all the time people b***h and complain here on Truckingboards, on the dock ..... everywhere. A group of drivers get infront of management and they clam up like a bunch of p***ys. The first thing that someone should of said was "show me a guarantee that the value of my pension and the value of my 401k is going to be there in my 401k when I retire. Should be at least $5000 a month. Guarantee me that the stock market won't crash and I loose everything." People in this company are scared to speek their mind, afraid to ask questions. The only on that will stick up for yourselve is you. I'm not for or against the union, but, thats why it never went anywhere. People afraid to say and do the right thing. Thats also why the management walks all over us.
