Thanks for the video. Several years ago, I almost choked on a piece of apple. Was going down the road, eating an apple when I got choked. Pulled over on the shoulder and thought I was going to pass out, but finally got that thing un-lodged. It was scary for several minutes. I could have used this advice in the video,
