You mean when you submit your genetic info. I don't think it will have anything to do with wellness as much as it will be used
to decide who stays and who goes. It will give the insurance companies an opportunity to let the company decide who to keep
and who gets let go to keep the premiums down. Won't see it used for "key" employees though.
