Hurricane business one of two closed by trucking company (Charleston Daily Mail)

  1. HURRICANE -- Ward Trucking has closed two sites in West Virginia, saying it could not operate profitably in the state. Ward Trucking says its Tri-State Transfer sites in Hurricane and Parkersburg were shut down over the weekend.

    i know it's not an ltl company but anyone hear about tmc out of iowa going bankrupt,they are a huge flatbed company?

    TMC in trouble..not good. They seemed strong 5 or 6 years ago. I saw lots of their rigs on the local roads, all nice-looking gear too.
