My question, they say they are having meeting negotiating for example contractors, seniority..... ( in ups rising) What are you negotiating for us??? What are they trying to change? No union hall meetings, my opinion all hush hush til the last minute!!!!

The threat of a strike will usually get company attention where they tend to do what they can to avoid them.
However back in the day when I was involved in a few strikes,they got down right nasty.
I truly hope that UPS settles before a strike has to be put into motion.
