SAIA | If all fails blame the driver!!

It's crap anyway. How is 65 a high rate of speed? I'd like to know how many 4 wheelers were going that slow! Even if he was in one of our faster "double number" trucks, at most he was going 68mph. I hope the company is helping him on this one.
 
it's been a while since I was in california, but isn't the truck speed limit 55. Also, wasn't there a report that one of the tractor brakes was bad and the truck pulled to one side or the other. I believe the story that was in the L A Times suggested that he slammed his brakes and the tractor pulled into the barricade blocking the road and causing the pileup in the tunnel.
