CHICAGO -- A 14-year-old boy was killed Wednesday evening when the back wheels of a tractor-trailer truck struck him on the South Side.
The teen failed to look both ways before crossing the street, according to police.
"The back wheels of the truck ran over him," according to police Major Accidents Investigation Unit Sgt. Antonio Baio. "He didn't look both ways."
