Thanks for the link DonRobbie,looks like most are in the dirt,DOT should just dig a hole & shove them in with a loader.

Just a thought. .... paint aerosol cans have a marble in them to mix them. ...

I think there are ball bearings in those aerosol cans,however I could be wrong,& it wouldn't be the first time.
