I may be moving to Florida in the near future, east coast side between Miami and Daytona because of wife's job. I work for R&L now but no one seems to know about that area and possibility of a transfer. Been with them long enough to figure out that policies and work environment vary a lot based on the terminal manager at each service center. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
 
Call and talk to the TM at the terminal your wanting to transfer to. If they're in need they will help get the ball rolling to get you down there. TMs love hiring people that step right in, such as a transfer.
