What can anyone tell me about the work environment/personalities/morale/positive or negative aspects at Jackson, TN terminal? Looking at possibilities there. Thanks!

The manager is from ABF, they've grown quite a bit since he's took over. It's a big relay point. My in laws live around there, nice area in the country.
