I am interested is applying but I need some information. Do you get overtime pay? If so after how many hours? How many hours is an average week? How much is insurance for a family?

On the linehaul side, are the runs all turns or overnight stays?

    Thank you for any help.
I'm looking at the Minneapolis location.

Overtime is paid after 40, I'd say almost everyone works more than that..at my SC most drivers average 45-50 hours a week, but if your interested in more there are usually opportunities to get more. Couple options for insurance...PPO or HDHSA are available...cost depends on what you choose but either is inline with most other LTL's...Most LH runs are home everynight...you might have to layout do weather/breakdown..ect..but unless you bid a system driver(very few SC have this) youll be home everynight. Dayton is a great company to work for, but if you apply be prepared for a 4-6 week process.
