Yellow | Interesting take on the situation

The teamsters did not force YRC to go 1.4 billion dollars in debt. These decisions were made by Zollars and his crew of incompetents. The teamster employees at YRC have bent over backwards over the last 5 years to keep YRC operating. If YRC should go under, there`s no doubt that the union and union employees would get the blame. When does management ever take responsibility for their mistakes? The answer is never. It appears that Welch`s only fix for this mess is to take more money and benefits from working teamsters. This 1.4 billion in debt can never be repaid, only prolonged. How an individual votes is his or her decision alone and they have to do what`s best for them and their family. The job security that was enjoyed by teamsters 25 years ago when YRC was Yellow and Roadway will never be there like it was. Not with this company anyway. But for what it`s worth, it looks like half the country is in sad shape today and you can`t blame the Teamsters for that.
