    Technically the pension funds and the Teamsters are separate entities. Therefore, blaming the Teamsters for the cuts is not really appropriate.

    I agree. Financial writers sometime are sometime loose with the facts.

    They might not know. It is reasonable for one to think that the Teamsters control the Teamsters' pension plans.
