R&L | Is R+L cleaning house or is it a blood-bath?

add Larry H. "Rod" in southwest to the list....he's gone....he left behind a mess in Hou, Shr and Neo.....and of course Dvr when he was the manager there.

Sorry but Larry H was the best TM DVR ever had, It's just that corp would not let him do much while he was TM! Sad but true!
 
Best Tm Dvr had, no just an average Joe....he only got the Rod job because he took less money for the job than anyone else would settle for. Another example of the company wasting money in DVR. He was probably a nice person(Yes Man). But this is business, Tough times do not last Tough people do.

His Record in Dvr speaks for itself...see below

High Claims
High Returns
High Labor Cost
High service failures
Could not figure out how to get logs entered in a timely fashion...always made the missing log report.

I've been saying it all along. Glad to see their (Roberts) back in the game. They might have been in WIL and running the company but when everybody has an assistant and they in turn have an assistant it gets a little confusing....... I'm still not sure about this Paramount thing. Let's hope the changes are for the better!!!!!!!
