I Was A Local Driver Out Of J1,,,so I Never Saw Other Terminals,,,,but When I See All Them Trucks At Another Terminal It Is Really Sad,,,,,there Were A Lot Of Good Guys I Met Thru The J1 Dispatch Room,,,basically Just Hi,and Bye, But We Were A Team And We Worked Hard ,,,,,but When It Comes To Corporate Big Wigs Thinking They Know How Things Go,,,,,i Only Think If They Would Of Listened To 50% Of What We Saw Or Thought We Would Still Be Around,,,,,we Saw How To Do Things Better And We Saw How To Improve Routing,,,and We Saw Little Things That Were Just Wrong,,,,but In The Long Run We Were Just Steering Wheel Holders And They Knew All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
