J8 regional runs

I'm considering going back to regional from local in St. Louis. They have really put the squeeze on us since J8 took over the area. Anyone out there able to give me an idea of what kind of miles and stops I could do every week running out of J8? Thnx for any help I could get with this.

J-8 Regional

As a j-2 regional driver most weeks i get "captured" at j-8 to run regional all week for them. Most all of the runs i get are the southern half of Indiana and all of Ky. which both areas will bring you back to Cinn. So going by that if you live in Il., it's doubtful you would get home during the week. Maybe you could check with em and see if they'll load you west on Fri./Sat. to get by home if you go regional.
