Who do you got representing the AFC in the super bowl
Think the Eagles have a chance ?
Only if Brady takes the day off ?
Pre game hype is over. A young and hungry team that plays fast against an old school veteran squad. I hope the game is watchable and the commercials are entertaining. Very interested in seeing Timberlake do the halftime show. Should make for good TV.
I'm thinking it will end up like pats vs falcons
Tom will let the eagles run out of steam then start pounding coffin nails
Almost. Tom ran out of steam. Late fumble. And the failed hail mary. Could make the magic happen this time.
It's also been said the eagles back of the end zone catch was a generous TD given that could have been called out of bounds.
The final score came down to Tom fumbling the ball and you could tell he knew it in the post game interview
Yep, he lost them the Super Bowl. Some can be put on coaching. Benching Butler was dumb. Refusing to even play him some was really dumb. But really, Brady had chances and wasn't able to make it happen. That's the difference between having a bunch of stats and being the . Montana and Elway were statistical nightmares with up and down play until the last two minutes of the game. Brady has amazing numbers because he plays flat. Very few mistakes. Always making the " right " choices. It's why he has all those rings. But you can't expect a guy like that to be the man. Or run out and catch a pass. It's not his thing. And when you go into a game like that knowing you are going to have to pull plays like that off to win, you have a different mindset. Did you see the field film of Foles running to the sideline and calling the " Philly special " play himself ? To be in that moment, 4th and goal and call a direct snap to the RB who then options it to a reversing TE who has an option to THROW THE BALL TO THE QB !!! An amazing game by the Eagles. You really have to give them the credit. They put pressure on the Patriots. And made them play out of their comfort zone.
