I thought same thing, but my checks are same every week. Give or take a few dollars and when my boot reimbursement was on it was 60 more exactly...

so is it 2.12 % of 6 months pay or of 1 yrs pay ?

For 6 months, your bonus is based on, then in 6 months, you will get another bonus. Every 6 months.

My bonus helped pay off a ridiculous medical bill that my crappy insurance barely covered! Thanks Fedex! Great to see my benefits getting worse and worse year after year! Maybe my next bonus can pay off the monthly cable bill!
