the only thing i can think of is the guy walked in the trailer and the driver might've pulled back up to align the trailer better, then the person fell out of it.

If you read the entire article it says it's a PJAX truck and driver
that only means it was a PJAX truck and or trailer, vitran bought PJAX in 06 and at least on paper closed them in 09
