Jevic breaks NJ Law as well as WARN

Did a little research tonight and found that the company has violated NJ law, New Jersey Business Closing/Mass Layoff Notification Law(P.L. 2007, c.212, C.34:21-2).

According to my understanding, Jevic is responsible for severance in the amount of 1 week per each full year worked for the company for EACH employee. Sounds like grounds for a nice lawsuit to me. Might not get the money right away, but for some it could be a substantial amount.
