Jevic breaks NJ Law as well as WARN

red star drivers would of never got a dime of warn money if left to the union . The men in philly hired a lawyer and sued and we were paid thanks again ET.
 
We had the same thing happen when Service Transport went down.The Lawyers got rich & the judge is still a worthless toad.All we got was the shaft
 
Suggestion

I suggest that you guys consult with a lawyer. The men from APA never got a penny
from that illegal shutdown.
 
apa made some kind of deal selling there customer list to new penn with pref hiring of apa men at new penn.but they had all the preston men and didnt need them.
