Not being a race fan I don't know anything about these inspections, what does the laser inspection test for? I just can't believe the number of sports competitors, in all sports, that cheat when they know that they have post competition tests to pass.

It's the same in all sports, Jim. They are willing to push the envelope on cheating at any cost. The players do the same thing. The cheaters (and thieves) of the world always think that they will get away with it.
