for now and the final decision as to what departments they will leave there will be made over the next 3-4 months.......only time will tell as always with this. I am grateful to have a job right now and hope it works out best for everybody who decides to ride it out. change is never easy and this is no exception lol.
Agreed. Be happy to be getting a check and give it a chance. One thing is for sure, Central is nothing like Vitran as far as driver productivity.
CT has a entire wing at the GO of nothing but people watching drivers productivity. CT is the one company I've seen that will straight up fire someone
at any time...for any reason.
