Knight Transportation is keeping up its public campaign to buy rival truckload carrier USA Truck, despite being told the company is not interested in being purchased.

The Arizona-based Knight has announced that it has filed a presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its proposal to acquire USA Truck.

USA Truck is a bottom feeder outfit, I don't know about Knight, when I worked for Tankersley Foodservice in Van Buren AR, USA was right down the road.

My ex wife worked for them, she said they took care of the senior drivers, the rest were treated like dooky.
