XPO | Laredo won!!!!!

Your Wrong here we would have to pay Union Dues for UN-kept Promises and still have no more than we did before look at YRC they getting the Shaft bigger than **** what did the Union do for them hey 15 % guys or no job ! so and each yr they keep extending this ploy out when they gonna get the give back back >?? and at what cost !

The union didnt do that to yrc. Thats all on the company. The union just put it to a vote.

No promises can be made. How would you feel about keeping your current wage and having your retirement and healthcare picked up by the company? Anything is possible. Make your voice heard.

"No promises can be made". I like how you say that and then dangle a carrot in front of the horse with "How would you feel about keeping your current wage and having your retirement and healthcare picked up by the company?" Why don't you say, how would you like to make $2 a mile and $50 an hour? I am trying real hard not to get into a urinating match with you or anyone else but, you should not make statements like this. I have been hearing about people listening to company propaganda which is probably true in some cases but union guys making suggestive statements on how much better it "could be" is not right either. You want to be taken seriously, then state facts and don't dangle carrots.

We dont' want any "classification"..we like one board. That's the problem..We make good money with one board. Don't mess that up.
I think you could keep it like that if you guys and company want too.
New Pennbarñs in different locsls operate differently. Be vocal about it. Participate.
Our guys can bid road or city once per year. I think Trenton has a road board and city board. If ya want to switch ya must quit or something and go on bottom of the list ya switch to.
Camp Hill might bid twice per year..,......If ya want no classification ya might have that if your guys and company agree. Talk to your IBT rep.

Theres not a concrete system that goes throughout New Penn is what Im saying.

Of course this is hypothetolic but.....what if it was Conway who was or would get in trkuble like YRC.
I think theyd have taken as much from you guys as they could as fast as they could with no warning...
..and no vote either.....and since you truust them, even if they did smask for more alot of you just might have voted for them to takee it to keep your job. I voted yes the last 2x No the first.

Yea you don't want to get in that urnating thing with me!!!!!! My doctor put me on that flo- max stuff and I pi** like a thirteen year old now!!! Lol

Now wait let me get this straight you're upset at people with a better education and more drive then yourself making more money right? And you don't call that socialism? I do, just like liberals lets take from those who do and give to those who don't.
You speak of Doug Stotlar like he doesn't deserve what he works for, or earned by spending more time learning and working harder then others, do you know where he started? Or do you care, would you not want those opportunities for your children or grandchildren? For 23 years I have been with Conway and there as always been chances to move up for me and others around me, I choose to stay a DSR now a DT, but I never want to take away those chances for my children and grandchildren to excel and go farther in live if they wish, so take your socialism somewhere else we don't want it here

"so take your socialism somewhere else "we" don't want it here"....Who is "we"??? The only "we", are the voices in your head created by Fox "News" and Right-Wing Hate radio. Now go and wash the bossman's car, it's looking a little dirty....and don't forget to Armor All his tires.

Some people are just good workers..we have a lot of those here, no more so than the LLA drivers..all very good workers. I see everyday.

There are no promises in life brother. It would be absolutely incorrect to promise anything. BUT, anything is possible. I used that statement as an example of what you could ask for prior to negotiations. What is it that is most important to you? Do you want your healthcare covered? Better wages? A retirement program? Better work rules? All of these are examples. Free your mind a little.

That kind of comment is just the thing I was talking about. It is real easy to come on here and go do you want this? How about this? Maybe you would like this? Like I said, you can ask for $2 a mile and $50 an hour and then wish in one hand an crap in the other and see which one fills up first. There is nothing for sure other than your commitment to pay dues. That is the only for sure thing. You can ask for whatever you want, doesn't mean you are going to get it.

You are right though, anything is possible like winning the lottery. Keep playing every week. There are no promises BUT, anything is possible.

You don't pay dues until you vote In a contract that you and coworkers are happy with. Dang, educate yourself before you start posting bad info

You will pay union dues once you have a contract. The union will try and get you the most pay they can. Your monthly dues are normally 2 1/2 times your hourly wage so the more you get the more they get. I've never heard of a company that lost pay or benefits when they organized, it may have happened but I doubt it.

Paying dues in not going to break you.

Until you've been in a Union. (I don't know if you have bigfoot) You really don't know what potential protections you may get or raise in pay or better benefits than you have now.The old red neck good ol boy club will not suffice in a union shop.
