Anyone know about the KC lawsuit from former GOM? Apparently he was fired without cause but the Manager who was on final notice got a soft landing in Omaha. Rumor on the street is former management is coming together with a massive class action as the company failed to address ethics concerns and targeted this GOM to send a message to his counterparts.
