Why the **** are they laying off people if they are supposably hurting for people?
 
18 year dockman laid off, city drivers working dock to replace his hours and others previously laid off. most drivers junior, some 2-3 years of service.
other drivers forced to go to manassas from Hagerstown, must take the call.
