I don't think that this is an event that can be predicted as it could have been in the days of old when first 1/4 of the year could be expected.

About what I thought in the days of old November started the layoffs and you could be called back sometime in Febuary

I just heard that a Chicago driver hired in June did not work 12 days in September.

That is more likely to happen than a hard layoff.
It is always slow after any holiday, that's why that driver sat in Chicago. Other than that, it has been steady. I'm on the extra board so I can vouch for this
