Talking about layoffs in city at Nashville with freight heavy.Seems Mr.Teabag can't get his numbers right.If they truly want to fix this company the Conway mgt.style has to go.
 
Company is really spiraling out of control , MIDNIGHT to 2am closing at barns , freight claims super high & a very very very low morale work force & management that don't care ! T-shack needs to start fixing things instead of firing what few management people they have left !

T-shack is the main problem. He needs to go. He couldnt fix a burned out light bulb. He lies thru his teeth, has zero respect for any employee who is beneath him, and blows any employee above him. Regional managers are nothing but revenue suckers. They serve no purpose.
 
Con-way's management was so good at their jobs that XPO immediately fired them all upon acquiring the company. Everyone should follow their example! Maybe even hire them!
