My employer has had ELD for almost 9 years. Hurts nothing- helps CSA scores, insurance rates, knows we're legal, and drivers are healthier and happier.

I still don't see what's wrong with having a choice?I know Werner touts that they were the pioneers of the ELD.Werner was told by the DOT to have ELD placed in all their tractors or face being shut down.This started in the latter part of the 90s because Werner Enterprises were having way too many collisions on the roads.
