Wow 4 years to get to .44 where dose the wage progression start? I always thought wage progression was bull i have been pulling pups for 15 years but i have to start at the bottom like i am fresh out of trucking school what other industry discounts experience like trucking.
I worked for mid states express Jan 06 for 3 weeks they start at .24 cpm and after 6 months they get all the way up to .28 cpm. None of my friends believed any trucking company still payed like that.

No Sir, $360 dollars a thousand miles sounds low as hell to me for experienced drivers! USF Dugan started road drivers at .34 in 2004 and you toped out in a year if you had road experience 2 years if you had none.
Four years sounds way to long to me Conway takes 5.3 years to top out that is horrible.
Yellow ,Roadway,ABF,Holland take 2 years to top out and that seams like forever to me hopefully it will change for new drivers in the next contract.
