new member just testing out the forum. South Texas linehaul driver been w/ R&L 12yrs now i myself am still stoked about working 4 R&L I started as a split shift dock worker, got 2 come in on the weekends on my time and practised backing a pup into 30 doors at the time, a month later drove a day cab and a pup over 2 the DMV and got my CDL, started driving a straight truck in town and 6 months later i was in a day cab and a 48 footer as a P&D driver after 5yrs of that a great linehaul bid came up and i havent looked back. i can bet that most people wouldnt have wanted 2 do the job i had b 4 coming 2 R&L, so i after every thing i hear and or read can not complain. i know its gotta blow 2 lose a job but keep your head up.
