little info for Portland strikers

There seems to be some discrepancy as to who owns the land that the Portland strike camp is located on. According to the Portland City GIS the land is right of way owned by the City of Portland, not Fazio Farms as seems to be common rumor. The vacant field directly behind the camp is owned by Vanderpol Investments LLC. As is the separate lot the POR terminal sits on. Fazio farms owns all the land on the other side of the small access rd., and across NE 13th Ave.
 
Fazio has given us directions as to what they expect
from us on the property. There is some sort of pump
house on the property and the city came by and put
up some red ribbon and told us we could not park and
block access to the pump. From what it appears Fazio
owns the land and the pump belongs to and is maintained by the city of Portland.
