Holland | Local 705 negotiations commandeered by International Union

Today IBT International VP's Pat F and Gordo S walked into Local 705 Chicago offices and presented paperwork from J H taking control of Local 705's negotiations.

705 principals cannot even fart without asking, with regard to negotiations.

Shock and outrage are the order of the day.

What the Hell are you doing Jim, we all hope that you have GOOD reason to have done this deed to us.

Mr P is dazed and confused.

Jim, we want a VALID explanation, NOW

Will our negotiating committee still be at the table?

Will our current negotiator have any part of the proceedings?

What triggered this action from the International.

What is underneath the surface of these actions? at 705, at Internal

I imagine that things here are about to HEAT UP.

Chicago is a politically active town with a long memory and voting history.

Wouldn't want to be Steve, wouldn't want to be Jim.

Everyone, everywhere, that is a Teamster needs to call Washington and ask some questions.

Every Teamster in Chicago must call Steve and ask the questions, now.

Could it be that when members of 705 went to New York and protested in front of Wakovia that it is said that Jim H was seen walking in the back door with Dollar Bill to the meeting could a back door agreement have been made?

Time to question leadership on this one guys.

Out of principle all members of 705 need to reject by vote any agreement that is worked out by the international do it at the ballot box, and we need to demand when a vote is taken it needs to be done at the Hall and Counted in conjunction with Rank and File Members present.
