R&L | Looking for a job

I was just wondering if someone here could tell me how the company is to work for? I live in southern CA and was also wondering what the pay is for line haul drivers. Thanks in advance for any info.

I dont work for them but i would like to. I applied when i lived in Ohio last year and starting pay was 17.50 hr. Safety bonuses are pretty great too.

I don't work for them either, but from their website: "Starting pay Up To $22.47/hr" for Northern Cali,

R & L's pay structure for linehaul is slightly deceptive. You'll need an R & L guy to break it down for you.

trying to figure out why you are monitoring R&L site if you don't work for us. Linehaul is based on the run, they predetermine an amount for each run,an example in Florida is Tampa to Miami , or Jax to Atlanta.
they are all different and new guys usually float and get the leftovers
