Is anyone losing freight because of the every other day service?
They talked about Churning and we are churning because we impose the 15-20 minute wait rule on our customers or do not show up until after they close or even the next day or two. It's pretty embarrassing and unnecessary....too much arm chair quarterbacking with numbers.
arm chair quarterbacking from peeps that have never navigated through traffic in a big truck, or backed to a dock. Absolutely clueless!
